This Policy is an addendum to the Terms of Use and is intended to create a safe environment for minors on the Tach platform.

The Policy sets forth standards and procedures for preventing and suppressing child sexual abuse and exploitation, as well as the dissemination of child sexual abuse material on the platform.

HUB LLC (TIN: 5032369738), the developer of the Tach service (the “Tach – video, streams, communication” app: ru.hub.tach), complies with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements in the area of child protection and the prevention of child exploitation.

We strictly prohibit any use of the Tach platform aimed at the sexual exploitation of minors and child sexual abuse (CSAE), the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), as well as any actions that threaten their safety, health, or well‑being.

Prohibited Content and Actions

The following are strictly prohibited on the Tach platform:

• Any behavior, content, or actions related to child exploitation, sexual abuse, creating a threat to children, or the sexualization of children;
• Creating, publishing, distributing, or storing content aimed at child exploitation, sexual abuse, or creating a threat to children;
• Attempts to involve minors in sexualized activities;
• Any form of grooming, harassment, or exploitation of children;
• Any form of sexual extortion;
• Any other form of inappropriate behavior towards children. For example, displaying explicit materials, suggestive conversations, or improper physical and personal contact.

Consequences of violating the Policy and Terms of use regarding Children

In the event of a violation of this Policy, we apply one of the following measures, depending on the severity of the violation and the specific circumstances:

• Removal of Content and other information from the User’s account and/or blocking access to them;
• Blocking access to Content from other Users;
• Removing the User’s page from the search system and/or blocking the User’s account;
• Temporary suspension of the ability to post Content and/or temporary or permanent blocking of access to the Platform;
• Deletion of the User’s account;
• Other measures at the Company’s discretion in accordance with the Platform’s governing documents or applicable law, including reporting information to law enforcement authorities.

Safety mechanisms to prevent abuse and promptly identify problematic content

To ensure the safety of minor users, Tach has implemented the following measures:

• Moderation of posts, media files, and streams to detect and remove materials that violate children’s rights or promote child sexual abuse.
• The ability to report content or a user directly within the app.
• Prompt review of reports and removal of violating content.
• Blocking users who violate the rules and taking other enforcement measures.
• Age restrictions: As a general rule, the platform is intended for persons aged 16 and older. At the same time, the platform contains sections and Content intended for adult audiences, which is hidden behind an 18+ blur. Such Content becomes accessible only after changing profile settings and confirming that the user is 18 years of age or older.

Procedure for preventing violations

If you discover or suspect content or user actions that pose a danger to a minor, you can:

1. Submit a report on the content or user by clicking “Report” and describing the issue;
2. Send us a request with a link to the content via email: child-safety@tach.id;
3. Contact support;

All inquiries regarding such matters are reviewed as a priority.
